Providing therapy for young adults and adults, this therapist specializes in anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, life transitions, and women's mental health. Her approach is authentic, supportive, and goal-oriented, helping clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.
Kimberly Ostman
MA, LPCC
Works with children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and adjustment issues, oppositional behavior and emotion dysregulation, and neurodivergence. Specializes in child and adolescent mental health utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy techniques. Uses play, art, and other expressive techniques.
Monica Sherman
Clinical Intern – CMHC Candidate
Works with Children, Adolescents, Teenagers and Adults. Monica is passionate about meeting clients
where they are and is open to working with individuals across a wide range of diagnoses. She primarily
uses a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help clients build healthier thoughts, habits, and patterns.
Lynnsey Renaud
Clinical Intern – CMHC Candidate
Lynnsey works with adolescents and adults, with particular interests in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Her warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach creates a nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood, build insight, and work toward meaningful change.
