A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Kim Ostman holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University, with a focus on child and adolescent mental health. She brings extensive experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
With over 20 years of experience across diverse settings—including mental health clinics, early childhood programs, schools, coaching roles, and hospital/hospice environments—Kim offers a well-rounded and compassionate approach. She values the critical role of parenting in child development and partners with caregivers to foster structure, connection, and healthy relationships at home.
Kim’s therapeutic style is rooted in client-centered and solution-focused practices, helping individuals recognize and build on their strengths.
