About the Role

"We're not looking for clinicians who simply want a place to work. We're looking for clinicians who want a place to grow."

As a Pre-Licensed Affiliate Clinician with Know Thyself Healing & Therapy, you will have the opportunity to build your private practice while receiving the supervision, mentorship, and support necessary to achieve independent licensure.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position for clinicians pursuing LPC or LPCC licensure. Whether you are a recent graduate beginning your professional journey or an experienced clinician seeking independent licensure, Know Thyself provides an environment where you can develop confidence, strengthen your clinical skills, and build a sustainable practice.

The selected clinician will work closely with a board-approved supervisor whose expertise includes working with children, adolescents, families, and caregivers. This position is particularly well suited for clinicians who are interested in supporting younger populations while exploring the approaches, specialties, and therapeutic modalities that resonate most with their developing professional identity.

At Know Thyself, we believe supervision should be more than a process for accumulating hours. It should be an opportunity to discover who you are as a clinician. We strive to help emerging therapists identify their strengths, develop confidence in their clinical voice, and build a practice that aligns with their personal and professional values.

  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities

  • Build relationships within the community and develop referral sources to support practice growth

  • Manage a self-determined caseload and schedule consistent with your professional goals

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation structure designed to support clinicians pursuing licensure

  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing your practice

  • Remote, hybrid, and office-based practice options

  • Administrative support, billing services, and technology systems
