12 Week Program - Tuesday Evenings Starting September 22nd - 5:30 to 7:00pm
Virtual Domestic Violence Support Group
A weekly online support group for adult women who have experienced domestic abuse. Led by a trauma‑informed therapist from Know Thyself Healing & Therapy, this group offers a safe, steady space to connect with others. Participants will explore the emotional and psychological impact of abuse, strengthen coping skills, and begin rebuilding a sense of safety, clarity, and self‑trust.
Group Focus Includes
Understanding how abuse and trauma affect the mind and body
Reducing self‑blame, shame, and isolation
Building emotional regulation and grounding skills
Strengthening boundaries and reconnecting with your sense of self
Receiving support through shared experiences and community
Who This Group Is For
Women ages 18+ who have experienced domestic abuse and are seeking a supportive, trauma‑informed environment.
