What can I expect during the intake session?
Your intake session is typically 60 minutes and focuses on understanding your background, current concerns, medical and mental health history, and therapy goals. It sets the foundation for your care plan.
What do ongoing therapy sessions look like?
Ongoing sessions are typically 45–55 minutes. You and your therapist will explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and goals. Therapy is a collaborative process and evolves based on your progress and feedback.
How can I cancel or reschedule my therapy session?
