What if I don’t have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket?
We offer private pay rates and can provide a Good Faith Estimate upon request. Depending on the provider, a sliding scale options may be available based on financial need.
What is a copay, and when do I pay it?
A copay is a fixed amount you pay at the time of service, determined by your insurance plan. Copays are due at the time of your appointment and can be paid by credit card or HSA card. For more information, contact your Insurance Payer's Member Services team by finding the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
How does a deductible impact my therapy costs?
Your deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket annually before your insurance begins covering services. Until your deductible is met, you'll be responsible for the session fee as determined by your insurance plan. Will I know what I owe before my appointment?
We do our best to verify insurance coverage and inform you of expected costs ahead of time. However, final responsibility for knowing your benefits lies with you, and we recommend checking directly with your insurance provider as well.
