Know Thyself Healing and Therapy believes all clients hold the key to thei​r own success and can be guided to that end in a safe, trusting, honest environment. Building relationships and skills for growth, understanding and healing are among our goals in therapy. We connect with our own personal journeys through life’s challenges to connect with clients at a deeper level. We believe this allows us to not only empathize with our clients, but also partner with them on their specific healing journey.

 

We believe the keys essential to reaching any goal lies within each of us believing in ourselves and knowing that someone also believes in us.​ We have experience working with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, selective mutism, trauma, oppositional behaviors, family change, loss and grief, parenting skills, adoption issues, spiritual awakening, sexual abuse, and domestic violence group work. We are a trauma informed agency who utilizes EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy , Cognitive Processing Therapy as well as Brainspotting. We also teach adults and children how to take control of their lives in mind, body, and spirit to navigate a stressful world.

We are a thriving private practice that is growing into a group of like minded professionals. We are currently offering services to private pay clients and are in the process of paneling with several insurance providers in our area. We have also contracted with an EAP provider for many Minnesota companies.

 

We are interested in clinicians who work remote with their own office space, or if you need space we can arrange that in our existing suite of offices. You decide the schedule and workload that makes sense to you. Don't worry if you're just starting out, we can help you get organized and up and running in no time. We have in-office expertise that will coach and mentor you through the process. 

 

This is an independent 1099 contractor position. We offer a very attractive compensation split based on your licensure status as well as many other benefits to help you thrive as well!

Affiliate Clinician Qualities

To best fit our culture, we desire clinicians with strong diagnostic and clinical skills. We appreciate clinicians with a willingness and curiosity to learn new skills to expand the ways in which you can help your clients heal. It is very helpful for our Affiliates to have an interest in working with clients of all ages, especially adolescents and young adults. It is important that the Affiliate have great client and team engagement skills. Having flexibility, desire, and resilience to learn how to utilize technology is required [SimplePractice utilized for medical records] for client intakes, diagnostic assessment, treatment plans, ongoing progress reporting, and necessary billing and insurance processing.
